All orders ship from our fulfilment centre in the Greater Toronto Area within 1 business day of being placed. Delivery times begin from the date of shipment.
Common Tracking Questions
Your order number appears in the subject line and body of the confirmation email sent immediately after you place your order. It follows the format CSC-YYYYMMDD-XXXX (for example, CSC-20260312-4817). If you cannot locate the email, check your spam or promotions folder. You can also contact our team at [email protected] with your full name and order date, and we will look it up for you.
Carrier tracking scans do not always update in real time, particularly when packages move between regional sorting facilities. During peak seasons (back-to-school, holidays), transit times can extend by 1โ2 days. If your package shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier directly.
Once a package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address through our system. Canada Post does offer a redirect service for some parcels โ contact them directly with your tracking number. If your order has not yet shipped (status shows "Order Placed" or "Processing"), email us immediately and we can update the address before fulfilment.
We stand behind every order. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives with damage, we will reship the items at no additional charge or issue a full refund โ your choice. Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with photos of any damage. Our typical resolution time for these cases is 2โ3 business days.
Yes. Because we use Canada Post as our primary carrier, we can deliver to P.O. boxes, rural routes, and northern communities across every province and territory. Delivery to remote areas may take 7โ14 business days depending on location. For very remote addresses (some Nunavut and NWT communities), we use Canada Post's Northern Service and display the estimated timeline at checkout.
