Shipping Options & Rates
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are picked, packed, and handed to our carrier partner within the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and statutory holidays, ship the next business day. Our fulfilment centre in the Greater Toronto Area processes every package with care β children's products deserve proper handling, not tossed into an oversized box with no padding.
We partner with Canada Post for standard and expedited options, and Purolator for express shipments to major urban centres. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also monitor your delivery through our order tracking page using just your order number.

Shipping rates are calculated before tax. Oversized items (strollers, cribs, play structures) may incur an additional $10β$25 surcharge displayed at checkout. Rates apply to deliveries within Canada only.
Delivery by Region
Urban centres in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and Alberta typically receive standard shipments within 3β4 business days. Atlantic provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador) average 5β6 business days. The Prairie provinces β Manitoba and Saskatchewan β fall in the 4β5 day range for standard delivery.
For customers in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, we use Canada Post's Northern delivery network. Transit times range from 7 to 14 business days depending on the specific community. We understand this can feel like a long wait, especially when a child has outgrown their snowsuit mid-winter, so we always recommend ordering a size up and planning ahead for seasonal gear in remote areas.
PO Box addresses are supported for Canada Post deliveries. Purolator Express requires a street address and someone available to sign for the package.

Our warehouse team pulls your items, inspects them for quality, and packs them in right-sized, recyclable packaging. Most orders are packed within 2β4 hours of placement.

Shipped & Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link is sent once the carrier scans your parcel. You can also track via our order tracking page.

Delivered
Your package arrives at your door. Standard deliveries are left in a safe place; Express (Purolator) requires a signature. A delivery confirmation email follows.

Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want every purchase to be the right one. If it isn't, here's how we make it right.
Eligible for Return
- Clothing β unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Shoes β unworn, in original box with no scuffing
- Toys β unopened, in sealed original packaging
- Books β unused, no markings or bent pages
- Nursery items β unassembled, in original packaging
Not Eligible for Return
- Car seats (for safety β once opened, seal is broken)
- Breast pumps, bottle nipples, and pacifiers (hygiene)
- Personalised or monogrammed items
- Gift cards (non-refundable, non-transferable)
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Return Process β Step by Step
Email Us
Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We respond within 1 business day.
Receive Your Return Label
For exchanges, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. For refunds, a flat $8 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund amount. You'll receive the label via email within 24 hours of approval.
Pack & Ship
Place items in their original packaging (or a similarly protective box), affix the return label, and drop the parcel at any Canada Post location. Keep the drop-off receipt β it serves as your proof of return.
Refund or Exchange Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 3 business days of arrival), we process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5β10 business days depending on your bank. Exchanges ship the same day we receive your return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we cover the full cost of return shipping and send a replacement immediately β or issue a complete refund, whichever you prefer. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Important Shipping Notes
Oversized Items
Strollers, cribs, play structures, and large ride-on toys may incur a $10β$25 oversized shipping surcharge. This is clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before you confirm payment. These items ship via ground freight and may take an additional 1β2 business days beyond standard estimates.
Gift Wrapping
Add gift wrapping for $4.95 per item at checkout. Each item is wrapped in our signature pastel paper with a ribbon and optional personal message card. Gift-wrapped returns: we ask that you keep the wrapping intact if you plan to exchange β or simply let us know, and we'll re-wrap the replacement free of charge.
Holiday Cutoff Dates
During peak seasons (NovemberβDecember), we publish cutoff dates for guaranteed delivery before Christmas, Hanukkah, and other holidays. These are announced via email and on our homepage at least 3 weeks in advance. Express shipping remains available closer to holidays, but standard may not meet the timeline.
Packaging & Sustainability
All shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard. Void fill is kraft paper β no styrofoam peanuts, ever. Poly mailers for clothing-only orders are made from 80% post-consumer recycled material and are themselves recyclable through most municipal soft plastic programs across Canada.
Exchanges vs. Refunds
Exchanges are always free β we cover both the return label and the cost of shipping the new item to you. For refunds, a flat $8 return shipping fee is deducted. If you're unsure about sizing, check our size guide before ordering, or email us for personalised advice.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship exclusively within Canada. We occasionally receive requests for US or international delivery and are evaluating cross-border shipping for 2027. If you have a Canadian mailing address β even a temporary one β we can ship there.
Common Questions
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the corrected address. Once a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer modify the address β but we can try to intercept the package with the carrier, which isn't always possible. The sooner you contact us, the better.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbours, your building's mailroom, or any secondary entrances. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll file a claim with the carrier. In most cases, we reship the order at no extra charge or issue a full refund β we don't leave you stuck waiting.
Yes, Canada Post standard and expedited services deliver to PO Boxes across Canada. However, Purolator Express requires a physical street address and a signature on delivery. If you choose Express at checkout with a PO Box, we'll reach out to confirm an alternate address before shipping.
Absolutely. If you know the order number, email us with it and we'll set up the return. If you don't have the order number, provide the gift-giver's name and email β we can look it up. Gift returns are refunded as a store credit (digital gift card) sent to your email, so the original purchaser's payment information remains private.
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 1β3 business days after it arrives at our warehouse), we process the refund immediately. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5β10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds usually show within 3β5 business days. We send you an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated on our end.
